Weight Management

If you've tried diets and stuck to them you'll know that you can, in most cases, be successful at losing weight. So, why is it that you can only get so far before your willpower dissolves and you return to old habits, sometimes gaining more weight than you've lost?

You may be one of those people who is stuck in that dieting and bingeing cycle and struggling to maintain any weight loss. You may eat when you're happy, sad, bored or tired.

 

Hypnotherapy and mindfulness combined may help to banish those old habits and change your relationship with food.

 

This 6 week programme includes traditional hypnotherapy, mindful eating, meditation to improve your body image and ways to deal with food cravings. It can encourage you to make healthier choices,  help you to listen to your body so that you know when to stop eating and help you to identify and overcome the triggers that lead to overeating.
