Mindfulness Services
Mindfulness can be taught to individuals and groups with sessions tailored to meet the needs of participants.
Programmes usually follow an 8 week schedule and can include guided meditations, some gentle mindful movement/yoga and an opportunity to reflect on and discuss how to manage life's ups and downs.
All programme material is provided along with personalised recordings of meditations practised during the sessions.
I currently run two 30 minute drop-in sessions per week on Tuesday at 7pm and Thursday at 8pm
